Hospitality Construction
A hospitality space must function as carefully as it is finished. LOEBER provides construction services for restaurant, lounge and hospitality environments, coordinating the architectural details, equipment and building systems that support the operator’s requirements.
Planning around the operation
We work with owners, architects, designers and specialist consultants to understand the proposed use, equipment requirements and construction scope. Early coordination helps identify interfaces between the interior design, kitchen or bar equipment, lighting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
Budgets and procurement
Hospitality projects depend on timely decisions about equipment, finishes and custom fabrication. We review available documentation, coordinate trade pricing and track procurement requirements. Budgets identify allowances and exclusions clearly, while the construction schedule reflects known fabrication and delivery windows.
Executing custom interiors
Bars, service areas, architectural millwork, stone, specialty lighting and finishes require precise coordination. We manage trade interfaces and installation sequences to execute the approved design, with attention to both the guest environment and the areas that support daily operations.
Managing the construction process
We coordinate site activities, protection, deliveries, RFIs, RFAs, submittals and proposed changes through an organized process. For work in occupied properties, access and disruption requirements are addressed with the owner and project team as part of planning.
Preparing for completion
Opening plans depend on more than the final finish installation. We coordinate construction completion, outstanding work and contractor documentation with the team’s inspection and handover requirements. Responsibilities for approvals, equipment commissioning and operator preparation are established within the project scope.
Discuss your hospitality project
Whether you are planning a new venue or renovating an existing space, share your location, design status, equipment information and proposed opening schedule. We will discuss the construction approach and the documentation needed to move forward.
