William is a seasoned construction professional with over 16 years of experience in luxury general contracting and owners representation. He holds an undergraduate degree in History, classics and classical texts as well as his graduate work in Construction Management both from New York University. William leads Wm. Loeber, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in custom residential and hospitality projects. His hands-on approach ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards. The portfolio spans luxury homes, renovations and hospitality spaces across New York City, Westchester County, Fairfield County and New Jersey.
Beginning his career in Manhattan with Interior Management, Inc. and later serving in a senior role at Mayfair Construction Group in Southport, CT. Founded in 2017, Wm. Loeber provides detail-driven execution and seamless collaboration with Top-tier architects and design professionals.
The firm also offers owner’s, representation, construction management, and home management.
Committed to excellence and community, William volunteers with Food Rescue US and serves on the building committee for the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants.
