About This Project:
J.B. Percival Co. reimagines a former novelty bag factory in Fairfield, Connecticut, into a refined craft cocktail lounge that honors the state’s industrial past. The renovation blends reclaimed materials — including a bowling-alley wood bar top, vintage Hubbel factory grate, and salvaged 1920’s lighting — with a design narrative rooted in authenticity and craft. The result is an intimate, meticulously detailed space where historic architecture and contemporary hospitality meet with purpose.
